个人简介

许冲,男,1982年生,九三学社社员,应急管理部国家自然灾害防治研究院研究员,博导,地质灾害研究中心主任,复合链生自然灾害动力学应急管理部重点实验室主任,中国地震学会地震灾害链专业委员会首任主任,地质灾害机理与评价学科带头人。新疆大学特聘教授。2010年在中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所取得博士学位。从事地震与降雨触发地质灾害基础理论研究与减轻地质灾害风险的应用研究。负责4项国家自然科学基金(国际合作1项、面上2项、青年1项)、1项国防科工局专项课题、1项国家重点研发计划课题、3项国家重点研发计划子课题、多次地震滑坡应急科考等项目。是应急管理中长期科技发展规划(2021-2035年)与“十四五”应急管理科技创新规划主研人员和执笔人。构思设计了“十四五”国家重大科技基础设施“中国地震科学实验场”之地震灾害链观测实验平台,是该建设工程项目立项建议书和可行性研究阶段的负责人。
